  • Jeremy is the Co-Founder and Lead CFO of Grow CFO. He is a strategic dynamo, providing high level financial strategy for fast growth companies. He has 25 years of tax accounting experience and also played a key role in listing Genius Group on the New York Stock Exchange in 2022. He holds multiple awards and industry credentials including profitability leader and Bx Business xCellence Awards Accounting Business of the Year for 2023. He co-founded Grow CFO because he no longer wanted to focus time and attention on producing numbers to look backwards, he wanted to change lives by using those numbers to forecast the next steps for a business.

    Ultimate Goal 

    Jeremy’s main goal is to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses. He is best at analyzing and interpreting numbers using unique dashboards, which can also be used in developing strategies to help businesses reach their goals.

    As a strategic dynamo, Jeremy provides high level financial strategy for fast growth companies.

    For 25 years, Jeremy was a tax accountant with his own practice until he re-focussed and re-purposed. He co-founded Grow CFO because he no longer wanted to focus time and attention on producing numbers to look backwards, he wanted to change lives by using those numbers to forecast the next steps for a business.

    As CFO of Genius Group Limited, Jeremy was part of the team that successfully executed a listing on the New York Stock Exchange in April 2022 (GNS). He brings that experience to guide small and medium enterprise business owners on growing their businesses.

  • Deborah, CEO of Grow Group Global, is a strategist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience. She co-founded Grow CFO and scaled it during the pandemic. A mentor and investor, she has won multiple awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year 2023. Deborah is passionate about improving businesses and communities through financial support and innovation. She believes people with the courage to start their own business and provide opportunities for others around them deserve to have the very best advice and support.

  • Current Role

    CEO of Grow Group Global, parent company to brands Grow CFO Co., Direct Management, and My Plan Plus. Deborah is also an awesome strategist, passionate philanthropist, speaker/educator and entrepreneur. She has been an angel investor for more than a dozen years and is an active member of Brisbane Angels. Together, Deborah and her husband, Jeremy, have owned and operated successful businesses for over 30 years and are proud parents of five young adults.

    Ultimate Goal 

    Deborah’s ultimate goal is to influence people in the financial industry to be able to better support the businesses in their care so that they have the best chance to succeed. When this is achieved, Deborah believes you don’t just help that one person who owns the business; you also impact their employees, their families, and the community beyond. Deborah can also communicate in the language of the entrepreneur so that together they can solve their business challenges.

    She does this not just for their families but to improve the world for her own family.

    The Biggest Career Achievements to Date

    Deborah co-founded Grow CFO first as a side hustle, then committed to making it work and grow. This was six months before COVID hit and when many businesses were starting to go under. During this time, Deborah and her team scaled by more than 10 times with the first acquisition of Grow Group in March 2023. 

    Of her many attributes, her role as mentor is one of the most invaluable to her team, community, and family, and she has mentored business owners and entrepreneurs across the globe.

    The Grow Group’s most significant achievements are the results of our clients, such as:

    Health-Tech Acceleration: From monthly revenues of $30K to nearly $2M in 24 months

    Ed-Tech Triumph: led the finance team of a global ed-tech company to list on the New York Stock Exchange.  

    Innovative Health Solutions: Scaled a client's annual revenue from $850K to a weekly revenue of $950K in just a few years.

  • Rache is an indispensable member of our CFO team, taking on the roles of Workflow Manager and fractional CFO. She specialises in finance, accounting, and financial reporting. She is a CPA with a Master’s in Business Administration focusing on Entrepreneurship and Lean Six Sigma. Rache loves to explore how technology can help in finance and she is an expert in designing custom financial reports for clients so they can make better financial decisions. Fun facts, she is also a Google Data Analytics scholar and a registered Yoga Instructor.

  • Current Role

    As a Workflow Manager, Rache best understands the clients’ finance and reporting process and ensures that their needs are delivered, such as, but not limited to, weekly cash flow reports and management reports, to help them understand their financial data. She also helps clients design financial reports in Fathom tailor-fit to the needs of the users. Also a CPA, Rache knows the ins and outs of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Having earned a Master’s degree, her skills will definitely help any establishment make better and wiser financial decisions in the workplace.

    She always believed that giving back to the community, to the society, to the environment, is part of having and developing a growth mindset.

  • Marlon is our Dashboarding and Reporting Specialist. He lends invaluable support to the CFO team, and he is highly reliable and efficient. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Marlon was once the Head of Finance for a mulit-million dollar revenue USA based company and his work goal is to be the best in what he does. He specialises in Xero and QuickBooks conversion and set-up and is a whiz at creating and pulling reports from Futrli and other cash flow forecasting and reporting platforms, making Marlon an asset to our team.

  • Leah is a Cultural Ambassador and Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, focused on supporting team members and championing team culture. A former English professor with a Master's in ESL, she also manages our learning platform. Her biggest career achievement to date was helping over a hundred families achieve immigration status in English speaking countries through training for English examinations. Leah is dedicated to education and leaving a lasting legacy of service.

  • Current Role

    Cultural Ambassador - ensuring all team members are supported and cared for and adopt the attitudes, behaviours and beliefs of a world class caring business. Leah also manages the learning platform and is the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

    Ultimate Goal 

    Leah strives to be in the right place at the right time to leave a legacy for her family and community - passing on a life of service for generations to come.

    Biggest Career Achievement to Date

    As an English Professor, Leah worked with nearly a hundred families over 15 years supporting them to learn English and achieve immigration status so they could improve their lives.

    Leah is committed to education and continues this role within Grow CFO ensuring our learning management platform has courses designed to teach our customers how to manage their business and cash flow well.

  • Dan ia a remarkable asset to our team. He is a Senior Bookkeeper and BAS consultant, helping clients gain financial clarity and confidence. His calm and helpful demeanor with our clients and their accountants make him such an important part of our bookkeeping services. With an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, he is a registered BAS Agent certified in Xero and QuickBooks. Fun facts about Dan, formerly a professional chef, he once made sandwiches for the Queen as well as cooked for five past British prime ministers and enjoys golf and AFL.


  • Julia is one of our Senior Bookkeepers whose goal is to help businesses thrive through accurate financial insights. Her biggest career achievement to date was building and selling a six-figure business at the age of 29. With a Cert IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting and a Harvard Business entrepreneurship certification, she excels in financial management and intuitive decision-making for business success. Julia’s positive energy and ‘how can I help’ attitude brings light and joy to our team. She also has a strong intuition of people and situations and is rarely, if ever, wrong.

  • Shannon is a Senior Bookkeeper and BAS Agent Consultant with expertise in the field that make her a highly valued team member and resource. She received her diplomas in both Accounting and Business Management and holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Besides a good coffee, what gets her out of bed in the morning is a desire to extend her knowledge and build a better network in the industry with great accountants and bookkeepers. While a lot of bookkeepers tend to go it alone, Shannon strives to have a sustainable working network with great people. Funfact about Shannon, she is the first ever woman’s master registered to play in the National Rugby League (NRL) of Victoria, AU.

  • Hardik brings his extensive expertise in firm-level management to our back office team. His workflow and communications management skills for large to medium firms in Australia make him the perfect Operations In Charge. With six years of prior experience in US outsourcing, he expertly oversees operations, staff induction and training. During his personal time, Hardik enjoys cricket and loves to spend time with family as they explore new places together. Hardik is an invaluable asset as he runs his team to give support to our bookkeeping services.

  • Punit is a remarkable asset to our team, leading our back office operations with expertise in Australian Accounting and Taxation, including Super Funds and Audits. With a wealth of experience, he excels in staff training and brings four years of US outsourcing experience as a review manager. Proficient in a variety of accounting software, Punit not only ensures our operations run smoothly but also contributes to a positive work environment. Outside of work, he enjoys engaging in religious rituals and activities. Punit plays a pivotal role in  providing invaluable support to our bookkeeping services.

  • Reema leads the delivery support team as Firm In Charge. With more than 6 years of experience in maintaining payables and receivables, reconciling bank entries and payroll, and extensive knowledgeable in GST compliance and BAS/IAS preparations, her leadership is vital to our bookkeeping services. She is highly organised, liaises effectively with team and management, and makes sure all delivery is done right and on time. Outside of work, Reema loves to travel and read books.

  • Devanshi is an experienced Senior Preparer for our bookkeeping support team, maintaining payables and receivables, and reconciling bank entries and payroll. She is also knowledgeable in GST compliance, and preparation and filing of BAS/IAS returns. Her timely and efficient work in the back office help our Senior Bookkeepers immensely. When she is not working, she loves to travel and read books.

  • Mansi is a very important part of our back office team fulfilling the role of an experienced Senior Preparer who maintains payables and receivables, and reconciles bank entries and payroll. She is also knowledgeable in GST compliance, and preparation and filing of BAS/IAS returns. Her support allows our bookkeeping services to run seamlessly. Mansi’s hobbies include reading novels, watching movies and spending time with friends and family.
